How do I get to the venue?

Our venue is located in Munster, in Ottawa’s West End. We will have a shuttle to bring you to the wedding venue and bringing you back to the Brookstreet Hotel or a central location in Ottawa.

What if I want to bring my car?

No problem! If you prefer to drive, there will be parking available at the venue.

What is the dinner situation?

Instead of a traditional seated dinner, we’re hosting a cocktail-style reception — which means there won’t be assigned tables or a formal sit-down meal. Instead, you can expect a variety of delicious passed appetizers, food stations, and plenty of open seating and lounge areas where you can mingle, eat, and dance throughout the evening.

What should I wear?

We kindly ask that you wear cocktail attire. For men, that typically means a suit and tie; for women, a cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, stylish separates, or a midi/maxi dress are all great choices. Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so no need to worry about the weather — just dress to feel classy, festive, and ready to celebrate with us!

I want to get you a gift!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we truly don’t expect anything more. If you would like to give a gift, a contribution towards our wedding or honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your kiddos, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only children in attendance will be our nieces and nephews. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!
